the picture is from the northern part of Skagastrønd, north iceland. this is actually when we had good weather, later that day we could'nt see more than 10-20 metres so we decided to stay one more night, as all the roads were closed due to bad weather. we visited Grettislaug close to Saudarkroki,which was a cold experience due to gale winds and snow, but still we had fun...more on my pictures...

As usual, really nice pictures under hard conditions - give a good fell for the country - and, those ponies are tough! Now I don't feel badly for the horses next door, who are also outside all winter, but have lots of hay available. Looking forward to Boston news!
