Today i arrived in Oslo, after 2 hrs 30 min flight from Reykjavik.
We got the plane tickets only 2 hrs ago!
I only got 5 hrs of sleep.
now it is 2100 hrs and we have to take a train at hrs 4.24 and then we fly to Frankfurt at hrs 0755 where we will arrive after 2 hrs flight. from there we get into a jumbo-jet and fly 13 hrs 45 min to Buenos Aires... hopefully there will be enough space to sleep on the plane...
time difference from Reykjavik to Oslo is +2 hrs and from Oslo to Buenos Aires it will be -5 hrs...

welcome to South America! Hope you get a chance to look around a little. Look forward to following the blog as you travel, if blogging will be an option. Also nice that you found the old glacier photos, that always gives a better perspective. Now we are waiting to see what happens at Grimsvötn.....
I am really glad your Dad will be on the trip also, great chance. We all send greetings. We will all be together in Seattle area for Christmas.
